21 Days of Prayer & Fasting Guidelines

Fasting Date: January 7th - January 27th

Every day for 21 days we will pray corporately 3 times a day for 1 hour. Prayer call number: (425) 436-6287 Access Code: 424247#
Prayer Times
12:00pm - 1:00pm

6:00pm - 7:00pm

11:00pm - 12:00am

*6:00am - 6:00pm WATER ONLY. After 6:00pm, no sweets, no junk food, no meat or meat substitutes.
Eat something light. Try to stay away from meats, sugars, and processed foods during these 21 days. The first few days you may experience some detox symptoms which is common with fasting. After a few days, you will start to feel energetic, healthier, and have a clearer mind. Disclaimer: if you’re on medication, consult your doctor prior to fasting.

When you feel hungry “eat”  The Word of God. Use your hunger as a prompt to read The Word and pray. This is not a hunger strike; remember to fast AND pray. 

Daily Confession:

Lord give me a listening ear to hear your voice and give me the ability to recognize your voice.  I speak that I am an honest person, and I will seek you daily. Father, give me a clean heart and renew YOUR fire in me. In Jesus‘ name, Amen.
